Gone are the days of rows of treadmills in a gym. We are a studio unlike any other. A private facility in Redcar, North Yorkshire, we’re a friendly, inviting environment full of energy.
We’re here to give you a comfortable and safe place to exercise whilst pushing you to be the best you can. We know everyone’s goals and abilities are different and that’s why we are proud to keep our workouts intimate, so we can tailor our approach and maintain that personal touch. Boasting all the latest fitness equipment to get your pulse racing, keep your muscles guessing and turning your body into a fat burning machine, a workout at our studio will leave you wanting more!
How to find us:
We’re located on the road behind Kwik Fit in Redcar, about 3/4 of the way down on the left hand side. Listen out for the music – it will take you there!
Nearest parking:
Although there is no parking directly outside of the gym, there is plenty of parking around us. Our clients tend to park in the old Winning Post pub car park, or in Tesco if they are shopping there before/after visiting us.
