Realisation moment recently:
- I can squat lower than I’ve ever managed to in my life
- I can actually get my legs back under coming up from a burpee (I haven’t managed to do this in years)
- My squat jumps are now actually making it off the floor with ease
I’ve also lost over a stone!
I’ve not felt this good about exercise in years.
